We had a wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable stay! What I loved the most was the excellent communication before our arrival and how smooth and easy the check-in process was. Honestly, it’s been the best experience I’ve had renting a vacation apartment. The place was super clean, functional, and cozy. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be the sofa bed—but everything else was fantastic

This was a last minute booking but it turned out great. The host team was easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. The unit is in a great location and perfect for 3-5 people. The only issue I saw is the master bathroom. The shower and toilet are in a tiny room and it’s hard to shut the door without stepping into the shower or straddling the toilet. All it needs is the hinges moved so the door swings the other way. I would definitely rent this unit and stay at the El Matador again.

The condo wasn’t the best. It’s outdated and the back slider and front door are very difficult to open and close. I wouldn’t rent this unit again knowing there are plenty of other updated units in the complex for the same price or less. Also, if I could do it over, I would rent straight from the matador website or the Holis website.
