Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).
The unit is equipped with a full bath.

This our 3rd time staying at this complex. Perfect location and is in a safe, quaint, and historical neighborhood. Apartment is small but very well appointed, cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a couple or small family. Check in and communication was seamless. The price being charged is a great value. Will definitely be returning when in St. Augustine.

My stay was amazing! Very clean, very cute, easy check-in, & great area! I could walk to St. George Street and browse around the shops. I had a short stay and it was perfect. It was quiet. It was safe and it was near everything that I wanted to explore.

It is a really tiny apartment, but you can find everything simple things for your vacation.The room is clean and smells good. Communication with the host was smooth.It is great location, quite at night, i felt safety walk home evening. And old town 10 minutes away by walk. Big benefits it's available parking lot , even for two cars!I got enjoy stay there and will recommend for other people! The apartment is quite small, but it has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The room is clean and has a nice scent. Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic; it’s quiet at night, and I felt safe walking home in the evening. The old town is just a 10-minute walk away. A major benefit is the available parking lot, which can accommodate two cars! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it to others!
