In Building 1 of Villamare with ocean views, sit on the balconies and relish the ocean breezes with your coffee or cocktails. As of March 2022, there is new paint and new flooring throughout, as well as new kitchen counters. On one side of this comfortable villa, there is a Master with a King and updated bathroom area with a large new shower as well as a flat screen tv. On the other side is the guest room with two Queens, an updated shower and new bathroom area as well as a flat screen tv. The relaxed open living area has a great kitchen and dining table with seating 6. The Kitchen has been updated as well with new appliances and countertops. You will be pleased in this ideal villa. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.
NEW VILLAMARE POOLS NOW OPEN becoming the Island's ONLY oceanfront complex with 3 pools! Villamare features heated (3/15 - 5/1 & 10/15 - 12/1**) Oceanfront Pool, New Oceanfront Adult Only Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool. There is also an Indoor Heated Pool (the only complex in PD to offer this feature), Hot Tub and Complete Fitness Center (16 and older) which is open every day 7:30am-5pm (unless otherwise posted on door). There is also an updated grilling area (near the pool) with 4 new propane grills for your use.
Golf, tennis, bike paths, fishing, boating, and restaurants are all within a short stroll from this nicely appointed villa. Palmetto Dunes features three world class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills. The tennis and pickleball facilities are ranked as one of the best in the world. Another perk is the Dunes Buggy that operates from April - September that includes rides over to Shelter Cove where there are more restaurants, shopping, and activities to explore.

Room was exactly as promised. Grounds were nice and access to the beach was excellent. Unit was clean as if it were brand new. Only one bar stool and it was to tall but that’s just my daughter being nit-picky LOL. 250 coupon was great for the bikes. Hope to come back when the new pool is in.

Location and condo were perfect however, we were on 5th floor and elevators not working for hours on day of check in.
Also, cleaning companies were taking all the carts so, difficult to find once elevators were functional.

Loved the views of the ocean, proximity to beach and availability of umbrella and chairs. Condo was very true to the pictures and very clean....well stocked with everything needed in terms of plates and pots and pans. Would definitely book again!
