3423 Villamare offers guests expansive ocean views from two different balconies! This beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is new to Sunset Rentals for spring 2024! Enjoy the open concept floor plan with tile and LVP flooring throughout.
The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to the oceanfront balcony. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additionally seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen has all you'll need to cook a meal for your family while listening to the ocean waves!
The main bedroom has a king bed, access to the shared living area balcony and a flat screen TV. The bathroom area has a large vanity, soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has two double beds, a flat screen TV, private balcony with ocean views and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.
Villamare is an oceanfront complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort. The complex features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, expansive sun deck, an indoor all-season heated pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and of course, the beach! The outdoor pool is heated March 15 to June 1 and the outdoor spa is heated year round.

Amazing weekend at the property. It is properly maintained and so close to the beach. Will definitely go back! Staff at Sunset Rentals kept close communication and provided proper information in advance.
