1950`s home sits in the host’s childhood neighborhood. Explore Gainesville and enjoy the convenience of being tucked away in a bubble of old fashion neighborhood charm.
The home features abundant natural light and plenty of space for relaxation. The screened-in porch is perfect for coffee and conversation, while the front porch rockers are ideal for hanging out. The home boasts beautiful parquet wood floors. Please note pets are not allowed.
If you`re traveling with your pets, please check our profile for one of our other pet-friendly properties. All of our properties are located in the same neighborhood, offering the same convenient proximity to UF and hospitals.
Ample parking is available in the driveway for two cars on the south side (LEFT SIDE) of the house, with lighting along the fence for added security. Street parking is allowed but not recommended.

This Gainesville property was super convenient to everything! The house served all of our needs with our family for UF graduation. The neighborhood is quiet, yet so close to restaurants and other stores. We will stay again for future visits!

We were a group of 2 moms and 2 senior girls in high school, staying to tour campus. The listing said 2 BA… that is not correct. There is one full BA and one with just a sink and toilet. So 1 shower for 4 girls. Also, the listing does not mention that this js a duplex. So it was very awkward when we realized someone was living on the other side and we parked in his driveway. The curtains don’t block any of the sun in morning..they are sheer. If you are looking to be close to campus, its a short drive. The place works for a short stay but if I would have known there wasn’t 2 full bathrooms, i would have booked elsewhere.
