The unit is a tranquil, two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1400 sq. ft. condominium with large spacious bedrooms upstairs, and a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a private balcony. The downstairs area has granite countertops, crown moldings, leather sofas, an in-unit washer/dryer, and tile floors, which keeps the temperature cool and comfortable all year round. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end road with no through traffic, and is family friendly with an enclosed courtyard that faces the other units.

Lovely place to stay, quiet area and walkable to some shops and restaurants. Photos need updated and you should be aware there is a fish to care for. Garage parking, in/out access is only this way, no house keys provided. Wifi solid. Comfy bed. Plenty of supplies to last our 2 weeks. Thanks for a great stay while we had some medical at UF!!!

It was very nice We all enjoyed the proximity to the sport center and close to stores and restaurants.

Overall, it was ok. The weather was in the 20s and 30s at night and the heat did not seem to work well downstairs at all.
