The host sent in advance all the complete instructions. No need of keys, code lock. Nice house, good parking. Clean and silent. Great ubication.

The unit was private. It was all we needed for a place to sleep.
The owner of the unit used my cell phone number through the app to send me private text messages. Someone cut their ankle and got a spot of blood on the bedding so the owner blasted my phone with 17 photos of the bedding and solicited me to send them $50 through a cash app (Venmo, etc.) for replacement. I already paid $500 for 2 nights through Booking which included an $89 cleaning fee. I would have cleaned the bedding myself had I been aware of it prior to leaving. The owners actions are questionable and unprofessional. Thanks to their actions I probably will choose to stay in hotels going forward.
