The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by Professionals. Please note: the rate does not include daily housekeeping, the unit is cleaned before you arrive & after you check out. Housekeeping offers midstay cleanings for an extra fee, please inquire for details.



The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, however, please note the space may feel compact. For the most comfortable stay, we recommend occupancy of 2 guests.



Guest Access:

The Resort is shared between a Hotel and Private Units. Staying with us is the best value, you actually get the featured listing, and the Registration & Resort fee are INCLUDED (saves an average of $56!). There is nothing more to pay when you check-in.

PARKING



Valet parking is a third-party service that charges $45+tax/day if paid on location, but we can get you the owners discount at $35+tax/day. After booking, let us know if you want Valet parking, and we will tell the front desk to give you the discounted rate.

Parking alternatives are at 6080 Collins Ave (1 block away, near the Starbucks), mention you're at the Casablanca and get charged “only” $18+tax/day. There is also street parking, and our preference is the parking lot just 1 block north to the right, by the beach. All metered parking cost $1/hour, enforced 8AM-6PM everyday.

room was on the beach, great pool, instructions were clear and owners followed up periodically throughout the stay to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Keeping it short: Pros: *Proximity to beach *Nice Pool *Nice bed+Bathroom *Necessities for beach(chairs,umbrella etc) *Full Kitchen *Good a/c *Nice walk path Cons: *Hosts gave me false price information concerning parking at other places and just apologized. They are not very helpful. *Valet are rude and have attitude/very expensive too. *Walls are very thin you can hear everything next door. *Constant construction noises. *Room is small and needs updating wall is chipped in certain places. -Basically, I specifically would not stay there for a whole week again, you can find a good bed, pool, proximity to beach anywhere. It would probably make more sense if the hosts spent a week in the room themselves.
