Ocean & Bay Views 2BR 2BA Beach Condo! Parking

Thanks to our property host who made it all possible for us to have an amazing stay here, after a failed experience at another property with different host. She was very easy to work with and accommodated our every request. Condo has spectacular views of the Bay from every room. Its very clean, well maintained, newly updated and had comfortable beds to sleep. Beach access was easy and quick walk. Location is safe, close to everything and legendary miami Beach. Parking on premises was a huge perk. We had an awesome stay. And highly recommend this property to everybody.

Loved our stay here! Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Starting from our host who went way and beyond for us as we had such a terrible experience at different property. She accepted us last min, accommodated our every request and were not easy guests :) Apartment has truly spectacular views, building is brand new upscale, apartment is recently renovated, offers nice ambience. Location is prime. Very clean you can tell host is on top of her cleaning crew. Beach at 2 min walk was a highlight. And convenience of a parking spot. We would love to stay here again.

Stunning views of the Bay is what sets this property apart, balcony to watch boats passing by. Also convenience of Parking space in the building as Miami Beach has scarce parking. Apartment itself is bright, discus, updated, with home feel and squeaky clean. Decor is welcoming. Large kitchen and fully equipped with everything we needed. Property host is very kind, welcoming and just a pleasure to work with. We had a great stay and recommend everyone to choose this property!

Limpio y agradable para 2 personas, nunca para ni una más. La situación para moverte con bus

Pone que esta en 1° linea de mar y has de cruzar 5 carriles de una avenida y entrar por un camino a la playa. La plaza de parking muy estrecha. El apartamento está bien solo para 2 personas, el sofá cama es muy incómodo y ocupa abierto medio apartamento. El edificio está en obras así que la terraza no sirve para nada está llena de material que cae de la obra y está sin amueblar. Tampoco es el edificio que pone es el de al lado y no se parecen en nada. Y además del elevado precio te cobran un 4% más de lo acordado por pagar con tarjeta, además de un depósito de más de 300 $.
