Its a comfortable aparment, we have rented here 3 times already, it is a safe place, with all the needs covered for a week in Miami. The internet works fine the majority of the time, and theres air conditioning so you will never suffer the heat.
Lastly, the hotel has beach access and a pool, with free pool chairs to sunbathe. I would definitely recomend staying here, and the price is really accesible!

The condo was great.
Cons
1.Super clean condo!
2. Quiet -- Unlike many of south beach condos, no noises from street at all.
3. Quick response from the owner
4. Simple procedure of check in and out
5. Good location--ocean front, conveniently located (restaurants and many shops)
6. Enough towels.
Cons
1. The Kitchen was small (but no problem for breakfast or light lunch)
2. The front desk and valet parking were sometimes very busy and need to wait. (Just need to avoid rush hours. )
I would recommend this condo!
