About 3 km from the center of Cefalù lies a very comfortable villa, spanning two levels with an annex, surrounded by a beautiful country garden filled with lovely natural Mediterranean shrubs and trees, where you can enjoy complete relaxation.
From the terrace overlooking the sea, you can admire the breathtaking view and let your gaze wander to the horizon, where the red sun brings to life beautiful sunsets that plunge into the azure sea.
Its spacious indoor and outdoor areas will enchant you with a relaxing experience that offers the beauty of both the sea and the mountains.
An excellent choice for families or groups of friends, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten people.
An exceptional outdoor setting, where a huge yard offers the use of an outdoor kitchen to dine at the large table, read, or relax and be refreshed by a gentle breeze while comfortably lounging on the sun loungers or sofas, playing games, or enjoying a game of ping-pong.
Just a few minutes away lies the beautiful town of Cefalù, a world-renowned tourist resort overlooking the sea, where many beach resorts offer a variety of services.
You can actually enjoy a variety of sports activities, filling your day with relaxation and fun.
In the afternoon, take a stroll through the village to enjoy an exceptional, fresh ice cream, while browsing the windows of the many shops; and in the evening, you can have a pleasant time at the clubs or restaurants, by the sea or elsewhere, where you can enjoy aperitifs or the delicacies of traditional cuisine.
Don’t miss the beautiful walk along the slope of the fortress, where you’ll find the ancient ruins of the medieval fortress, and admire the view from above, the boundless expanse of the sea, the wildlife, including the characteristic mouflons (wild goats) climbing the steep, rocky slopes of the fortress, and finally the cathedral of Cefalù and the entire ancient Norman city.
It’s a truly spectacular sight that I recommend seeing early in the morning or in the evening as the sun sets.

A fantastic house with a wonderful garden.

The villa is located in a calm area and has a lovely garden and surrounding balcony to enjoy it.
The house is big enough to host 4 couples without overstep. There are enough beaches and supermarkets 10min away by car.
Gina receive us with an warm welcoming and during our stay was always available for any needs related or not with the villa.
Totally recommended!

We were very pleased with the villa and our hosts made our stay perfect.
The garden was wonderful and we enjoyed barbecues in the evenings.
The house is spacious and in very good condition.
The view was fantastic!
We loved it and hope everybody else will.
