About this apartment rental

The studio is located on the Promenade du Soleil, by the sea, near the Carnolès Garden, 5 minutes walk from the shops of Roquebrune, 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the center of Menton. Possibility of free parking and bus serving Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice (including airport shuttle) at the foot of the building. Many immediate access to the sea. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, sleeps 4 (a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in a separate area). The terrace, very nice, overlooking the sea and can see the old town and Cap Martin. Air conditioned apartment.

The check in process was very hectic. Had it not for our dumb luck in finding a lady that spoke Italian we would still be trying to find the apartment that was listed. Parking was also very expensive although this not the owner's fault she no doubt had a parking space in the apartment parking garahe that she might be able to rent for less than street parking costs. But, the location and views were wonderful. The apartment is small but totally adequate for 2 adults. The apartment has everything one would need.

La Promenade du Soleil is the best place to stay in Menton if you enjoy the sea and the sun!Being there while La Fête du Citron is going on, is amazing.The studio is well equipped and nice. Situated very close to Roquebrune and shops for daily life.

The stay in Menton was quite wonderful. The apartment is located innermost line to the sea, so you can see the sea directly all day - beautiful. In the apartment is available everything you need, so you can cook and eat very well there. The apartment is overall lovingly furnished and we were very happy there and will certainly vacation there again. Walking distance to some very clean beaches, the sea has been very warm in July. We were also able to take surfing lessons. The only negative is the road that lies between the apartment and the sea (only two lanes, but quite noisy). The key transfer with Dominique has worked very well, thank you for the kindness.

I strongly recommend this apartment. The apartment has a fabulous view at the sea. It is located near the bus stop and not far away from Old Town in Menton in very nice area. Great location to visit from here Monaco, Nice and Italy as well. I am sure that I will choose this place again in the future. Everything was perfect!
