Unit 3209 is small, clean, and honest about what it is - a well-set-up hotel room at Mountain Lodge, ideal for one or two guests who are here to ski and don't need space they won't use. Every Mountain Lodge amenity is included: heated pool, two hot tubs, ski valet, ski-in/ski-out access, and a front desk team that actually helps. Guests who book it tend to say the same thing: they were in the room to sleep. The rest of the time, they were on the mountain, in the pool, or at dinner. At this price point, that's exactly the point.

Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room was otherwise fine.

Room was clean and comfortable but very small and missing basic amenities - soap, coffee starter kit, etc. The latter didn't matter as the coffee maker didn't work, neither did the dehumidifiers. This is a hotel room, but we hadn't appreciated that there would be no maid service as it is booked privately. If we went again, we would fork out the extra to book a larger room directly with the hotel.
