We loved our stay! The condo is perfectly located right on the river trail and a short walk to the heart of town, making it easy to enjoy everything Telluride has to offer. It’s cozy, sweet, and very comfortable, just right for my husband, me, and our dog. Mindy, the owner, is incredibly thoughtful and communicative, which made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. This was our second summer staying here, and if we return to Telluride, it will absolutely be our first choice again. You can’t go wrong with this gem!

This condo was perfect for me and my daughter. It is tastefully decorated, immaculate and quiet. We walked everywhere, even to the grocery store. The host's recommendations regarding bars and restaurants were appreciated. Great stay!

Extra bonus, it is just steps away from the town shuttle stop that goes all over town. We did not need to drive the whole stay. We will rebook here for future visits.

My college-aged daughter and I enjoyed four nights of blessed relief from the Texas heat; this property was the perfect base for us. When we arrived, we parked in the adjacent lot - and didn't return to the car till check-out! Telluride is wonderfully walkable, and the property's location on the river trail gave us easy access to all parts of town. The weather didn't always cooperate, but when the storms came, we enjoyed the drama through the property's west-facing windows. Thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recommended!

The best part of all was the communication with Mindy who answered all my questions including several not related to the unit but rather the ski resort in general. This property was perfect for us! The condo was very clean, bedding/mattress were super comfy. We loved the location- didnt need a car-walked to market and restaurants. The 7 lift was right at the condo so it was easy to get on off the mountain. Note that the lift is only accessed by blue/black runs if you are a beginner. If so the gondola is right down the street and there is free shuttle out front of the condo. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive!

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. They matched the description perfectly and were impeccably clean, equipped with everything necessary to make our stay exceptionally comfortable. I had a minor query about parking and left a voicemail for the condo owner. She promptly returned my call and provided clear and helpful explanations. Her kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated. The location was about 0.4 miles from the town center, making it a manageable walk to and from town. Being slightly removed from the bustling center had the added benefit of a peaceful and quiet atmosphere during the night, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with our two dogs.
