Mountainside Inn is Telluride's most affordable property, conveniently located along the San Miguel River and just 200 yards to lift #7!

*Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and permit availability is first come, first served. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*
The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators).
This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with king bed , queen sofa sleeper and full kitchen. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and has a dining table with seating for 4 adjacent to it. It opens up to the living room where the sleeper sofa is located.
Next to the living room area is the bathroom with sink, WC and shower (no tub). The separate bedroom has a split king bed (which can be set up as a king bed or 2 twin beds) and TV.
Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.
The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.
This room is dog-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in. Two dog limit.

This place was so charming. We were fortunate to get a room overlooking the creek. Everything is within walking distance and we didn't use our car the two days we were here. The room was very clean. Hallway and kitchen were a little dated but very functional, and you can tell from a new roof and windows that the building is maintained well. Our last day, wildfire smoke came in, causing us to close the windows - the room was hot and stuffy with windows closed, but the provided fans helped a bit. Would stay here again.

Stayed in Unit 213 Mountain Inn in Telluride. Very comfortable, great view and location, and dog friendly. Hope to come back again! Telluride is simply breathtaking and the people are so welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

This was our first time in Telluride and we enjoyed the stay immensely. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Nice location and easy in and out with vehicle. The location is within walking distance of the town of Telluride. The management was very courteous and friendly upon checking in and out. The price was very reasonable. The one item I would mention is to allow the use of the hot tub earlier than 10am. Thank you for allowing us a very nice stay while we were in Telluride.The Petersons from Minnesota
