An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

The house was so cute and immaculate! I feel like it was even larger than we expected, plenty of room for our family of 9! They accommodated us pretty quickly with little notice after a different property fell through. They saved our trip to say the least! Would definitely stay here again, so close to downtown highlands and we could have sat on those screened in porches all day just taking in the view! Cannot thank this owner and property management group enough.
