Off the kitchen, you’ll find a substantial screened-in porch with a fireplace and TV, along with a grilling deck, ideal for outdoor gatherings.
Upper Level:
On the upper level, you’ll find the master suite with its luxurious accommodations, offering privacy and comfort.
Lower Level:
The lower level provides additional space for guests or activities, with more bedrooms and bathrooms, offering a great spot for relaxation or family fun. The lower level also provides easy access to the outdoor areas.
Outdoor Spaces:
Just off the kitchen, the sunroom offers a cozy escape with a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable furnishings—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The living room opens to a covered deck with an outdoor sofa, dining table, and gas grill, ideal for open-air meals and casual lounging. Downstairs, the lower-level living area leads to another covered deck with additional seating, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind in style.

Cancellation Policy
Policy (A) for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
