Beautifully renovated duplex with large shared yard in Cape Girardeau Historic District. Cozy living room, large dining room, fully stocked kitchen, 3 second-story bedrooms with balcony at the end of the hall, and 1 1/2 bathes. Perfect for getting away for rejuvenation or exploring downtown. Within walking distance to local downtown restaurants, antique shops, and boutiques. Two blocks from the Mississippi River and many other attractions.
