Mountain View Retreat is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests or up to 16 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Spend your days lounging by Paradise Village's resort style pool, swimming at the waterpark, or challenging each other to ping pong and spike ball tournaments! Take advantage of the many bike paths right out your front door and explore southern Utah on the bikes provided. Host a game night playing one of the many board and card games provided or challenging each other to games on the PS4. Grab your roasting sticks and some marshmallows to head up to the balcony to watch the sun set over the desert mountains while making a delicious smore! At the end of a long day, relax your muscles in your private hot tub under the starry night sky. Take solace in the comfort of your own room, each with a Smart TV, finding some peace and quiet has never been easier! Our stay at this property provided every thing we hoped for. There were four adults on a golf/biking trip. Each of us had our own room and bathroom. It's located in a newer neighborhood. It is a quiet and clean area. Would stay there again if I were looking for a place to stay in the area.

We were very excited to come to red sands. We have been here before and loved the experience. However, this time it started with a few little hiccups. We were not able to open the front door as the code didn't work. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were concerned we would not be able reach anyone to help us. However, they responded quickly and assisted us. Within 20 minutes we weee able to enter our condo. Then we realized that we were not able to access the WiFi. Within an hour, on a Sunday afternoon. A tech arrived at the condo and took care of the technical glitch. So we understand that things can happen. The takeaway from this is they responded quickly and took care of the situation. Knowing there is someone in your corner that will always answer and assist you goes a long way to a great vacation

We had 7 members of our team stay at the house for 3 nights. Incredibly, I heard NO negative comments from any of them! The only issue we had was the door code not working when we arrived. It was taken care of by management immediately.

The dishwasher had a lot of hard water residue. I pulled the filter out of the bottom and it had a thick film of slime and black residue. The vacuum left in the garage was unusable. It was very dirty and the rollers were full of carpet, hair and wouldn't turn. The firepit upstairs wasn't straightforward. We tried to light it and had no success. Staying over the Christmas holiday made it harder to get maintenance support. The internet is pretty bad in the area. You should know that if you're planning to try and work at all. Streaming was frustrating.
