The Space:
Step into a refined coastal sanctuary. Recently subjected to a comprehensive top-to-bottom renovation, Ocean Villa C125 features high-end finishes rarely found in resort rentals. The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen equipped with custom white shaker cabinetry, polished granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing post-beach meals.
The living area is anchored by beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring and leads to a private balcony overlooking the tranquil marsh side of the resort, offering a quiet reprieve from the midday sun.
Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, while the hallway provides cleverly integrated twin bunk beds, ideal for children.
The Bathroom: A sleek, modernized space featuring a state-of-the-art tiled bathtub and contemporary fixtures.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the premier amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes:
Aquatics: Two swimming pools, including the largest beachfront pool on the island.
Athletics: 4 professional Tennis Courts and 8 Pickleball Courts, plus basketball and beach volleyball.
Family Fun: An on-site playground and dedicated picnic areas with charcoal grills.

This was our second year staying at Ocean Villa C125. We have loved it both times! We’ve stayed at the HHBT Resort for 6 years and the location of this unit is one of the best. We love the proximity to the beach and stairs- with it being on the 1st floor especially. We loved that this unit had a king bed rather than a queen, which is hard to find here. Our oldest loves the bunk beds. And the resort amenities are hard to beat. We did need the sink drained and the coffee maker checked while on our stay, but the property manager was very quick to respond and handle both things. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others!

Everything during our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and in great shape. We have two kids under 10 and there was plenty to do at the resort. We fit the four of us perfectly in this condo. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we will definitely be coming back. The host was wonderful and very diligent with responding in a timely manner.

Overall we were very happy with our stay here! We’ve been coming to the HHBT resort for 5 years and have stayed at different condos each time. This one by far had the best location with proximity to the stairs, beach and pool. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
