This first-floor villa eliminates the need for elevators, providing immediate access to the resort's boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. The interior features a partially updated floor plan with a bright living area, a comfortable pull-out sofa, and a television for evening entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, allowing for effortless meal preparation. For sleeping arrangements, the villa offers a private master bedroom and unique child-sized bunk beds built into the hallway. These bunks are separated from the main living area by a privacy door, making it an ideal layout for families. High-quality finishes and coastal decor throughout ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere for your island stay.

Guests enjoy full access to the prestigious Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort amenities. This includes:
The Beach: Four private community entrances to the shore.
Pools: Access to two pools, including the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island.
Sports: Use of eight lighted tennis courts and four pickleball courts (on-site pro available).
Fitness & Leisure: A newly remodeled fitness center, children’s playground, and 50 miles of nearby bike and walking trails.

Getting Around:
Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following requirements:
Check-In: Minimum rental age is 25. A valid ID and credit card are required.
Parking: One complimentary parking pass is provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $35.
Policies: This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Unauthorized pets or smoking will result in immediate eviction and restoration fees.
Supplies: While the kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware, guests should bring their own "pantry basics" such as oil, salt, pepper, and specialty utensils like chopsticks.
Prohibited Items: E-bikes are not permitted within the resort community.
Promotions: Seasonal "4th night free" or "4th week free" promotions are available during select months (excluding holidays). Please request the discount at the time of booking.
Pest Control: Routine pest control service is scheduled on the 1st Friday of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Pest control personnel may be present in the community during your stay.
Pest control personnel regularly service the community throughout the year. Additional call-backs and re-sprays may be performed on the 4th Friday of each month as needed.

Location was great for golfing and beach activities.

The location was good, but trying to get to the beach was difficult as there were stairs at the bottom of the boardwalk. But we were able to walk a little way to access the beach via the pool area. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. Not a game changer but a little frustrating.Overall, the stay was good.
