Living Area: The sun-drenched living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa (accommodating up to 6 guests total) and a large flat-screen TV.
Kitchen & Dining: A chef-ready kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The dining area seats six comfortably.
Private Balcony: Step out onto your private deck to enjoy the Hilton Head breeze and a "peek-a-boo" view of the Atlantic.

As a guest of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, you have full access to a wealth of luxury amenities:
Beaches: Private boardwalk access to Folly Field Beach.
Pools: Use of the Admiral’s Row pool (directly across from the unit) and the Olympic-sized oceanfront pool.
Recreation: 10 lighted tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts (reservations required).
Fitness & Fun: On-site fitness center, children's playground, and catch-and-release fishing lagoons.
Dining: Three on-site options, including Jamaica Joez Beach Bar, Coconutz Sports Bar, and a seasonal ice cream stand.
Logistics: Elevators and coin/card-operated laundry facilities are located on the same floor for your convenience.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: One free parking pass is included with your stay. Additional passes must be purchased for $35 at the front desk.
Bike Policy: Hilton Head is a biker’s paradise with 100+ miles of trails. On-site bike rentals are available; however, please note that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the resort community.
Supplies: We provide a "starter kit" of essentials. Guests should plan to bring or purchase their own cooking oils, spices (salt/pepper), and specialty toiletries.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a relaxing environment for all, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Our stay at Admiral Road 234 was absolutely awesome. The place was super roomy…. It was nice that we each had our own bathroom…..
The only thing I would suggest adding is some glass cleaner(I am a clean freak and always wanting to wash stuff down especially the mirrors and there was none)
And one more thing, make sure you bring some spices for cooking all there was with salt and pepper. Other than that, the place was awesome thank you so much. Will definitely be back.!!!

We loved this immaculate condo so much we booked another week. Very close to the beach, laundry mat and small pool.

When we booked this condo, we thought we were
familiar with Admiral’s Row at Hilton head Beach resort, The ad said breathtaking ocean views, you couldn’t see the ocean from your balcony, you were at the end of the building all you could see were cars and trees. That’s OK as long as you advertise correctly. The condo itself had decent kitchen, and everything you would need to put a meal together. The couch and the two club chairs were not very clean. My last suggestion would be to lift the spring rods up in the shower in both bathrooms because the shower curtain is a foot and a half in the water.
I’m happy to say that they took the word breathtaking ocean views out of the ad that’s so much better so people know exactly what they’re going to get.
