Very clean. No sand or grit anywhere. No shade options in pool area. No functional lighting in pantry but pantry very large and spacious to use if you dont mind using your phone flashlight. Great hot tub & pool. Fun beachy decorations throughout. Very nice elevator.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The location of the property was fine. I would recommend replacing all carpets as I didn't want to take my shoes off because the house reeked of urine. I booked last minute to accommodate my 82 year old mother-in-law with her dog that never has accidents and once we were inside and hit with the ammonia smell we were fearful he would mark. He did not and we made sure. Overall the stay was just okay.
