The Birdhouse is located on the scenic Withlacoochee just down stream from the confluence of the Rainbow and Withlacoochee rivers. The house has an open space floor plan with a newly renovated interior, queen-sized bed, a large screened porch with rocking chairs overlooking the river. This river house property also includes a smart tv, WiFi, Ring doorbell as well as a fire pit and bbq grill. The large yard is completely fenced for your pets enjoyment. The Birdhouse location is also minutes from the Blue Run and Withlacoochee trails. There's loads of room for boat parking as well.
The Birdhouse is in an ideal location for boating, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, hiking, birdwatching and fishing. This is our second stay, and we love it here. Dana is an amazing host who is very thoughtful and mindful of everything his guest may need or desire for a perfect and relaxing stay. Thank you Dana! We will definitely return!

All was as advertised. It was comfortable and was equipted with everything we needed. The beb was great. The only con was there were no blinds on the latge glaee doors in the back. This bothered my wife a bit.
