This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, 1,140 sq. ft. ground-floor walk-out condo sits directly on the Withlacoochee River, with easy boating access to the crystal-clear Rainbow River less than a mile away.

One of the best features of this location is how easy it is to enjoy the water. Bring your own boat and keep it right at the docks during your stay. The public boat ramp at Dunnellon City Hall is right next door, so you can launch your boat, bring it over to the condo docks, and you're ready for days of boating, fishing and exploring the Withlacoochee and Rainbow Rivers.

Additional Information

For incidentals, guests may choose either an $89 damage insurance fee or a $3,000 refundable credit-card deposit. The deposit is simply to protect the premium furnishings and finishes in the condo. In more than 22 years of renting our condos, we have never retained any portion of a guest's damage deposit.
