The pictures are misleading, looks like they've been taken 5+ years ago when it was newer. The apartment and balcony need a deep clean, there are dead bugs in all the screens- its unpleasant to look out the windows because of it. Outside needs touch up paint. Also the ramp is shared with a kayak rental company so there are people/trucks coming and going through the yard area.

We loved this little river house. It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. We loved it so much that we booked for an extra night to extend our stay. I really want to give a shoutout to Bobby who help us out when we accidently locked ourselves out on Saturday. We called him and told him what happened and he was there in less than 10 mins with a spare key. He definitely saved our weekend! Thank you so much, Bobby.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location and a a cozy home. Could use updating. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping!
