Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance and a $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. The homeowner keeps a car parked at the side of the fence.

The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. They played until they wore themselves out. The beds were very comfortable and was a great layout for two couples. The located was very convenient and the neighborhood was very nice. We would rent this home again!

This is a beautiful home, well taken care of and fully ready to accommodate the vacationers. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Thi location to downtown is perfect

The Hydrangea house is a very comfortable and very well equipped house, located in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood. The central AC was a joy and a respite from the heat. We will be back.
