About this house rental
This Mediterranean style accommodation is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.
This wonderful accommodation in Majorcan style impresses with its large living / dining area with cozy fireplace, two bedrooms and a terrace with small swimming pool. The first look after waking up falls directly to the bay - thanks to the large panoramic window in the bedroom.
The accommodation is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only three units we offer upscale amenities.
Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required. The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail. Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb. Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible. If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments.

This is an incredible place to stay in every way! The view is the best we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed watching the yachts and other boats entering and anchoring in the Cala (cove), and the view of the surrounding hillsides is unrivaled. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the panorama. Every detail of the apartment is finely crafted and well thought-out. Do understand that the stairs up to the road are steep and narrow. Stay here if you see that as something that enhances the experience. We absolutely loved it!

So great communication with Stefan prior to our arrival and also during our stay. The property was well presented and included an efficient kitchen and bathroom with a never ending supply of towels.
The view is great from this property and plunge pool essential. I would have to say the the pool was overdue a clean and need the water level topping up. The issues around the air con system and hinge on the entrance door were addressed by the Manager Pedro.
At the time of our visit, as Stefan is aware, I had a broken ankle which meant access in and out of the site was a challenge. Fortunately, the outside lift which needs to be described accurately on the property specification, was essential for my particular circumstances.
In conclusion, this is a well managed property which has nice quality fittings and is located in a fabulous location. Our thanks to Stefan for his assistance.

Beautiful home and view. The unit we stayed at 74C was hard to get to even if you use the lift for suitcases. There are a lot of stairs and you should not stay here if you need help with stairs - I felt this should have been communicated, and if it was, I missed it. Other than that, it was a beautiful place. You need a car to get here and to enjoy what Mallorca has to offer - this is definitely a getaway house and not in the midst of the city. About an 8-10 minute drive to the local town that has delicious restaurants and walkways. Overall a great spot and house. House could use some coffee for free.

Great view of the ocean, nice and well-maintained apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Be aware that there are 114 steps down from street level (and 114 going back up!). A lot of construction is going on in the area, but we weren't bothered at any time during our stay.
