The charming apartment Hermanas Femenias is situated in Calvia, in a scenic mountain area in southern Mallorca. The newly renovated home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a gaming console a baby cot and a highchair. From the open terrace surrounding the apartment on the first floor, you will have a lovely mountain view and on the ground floor you can spend the evenings on the covered terrace with a glass of wine and dinners from the barbecue. The closest supermarket is only a 4-minute walk (300 m) away, and the center of Calvia with many shops, restaurants and cafés is 500 m (6-minute walk) from the apartment. The closest beach, Platja Gran de Torà, is 9.8 km (16-minute drive) away. Mallorca’s capital city of Palma (city center) is located 20 km (26-minute drive) east of Calvia and the airport can be reached in a half hour (32 km).

We had a lovely stay in Calvia. The property was lovely and in a great location with amazing views. 4 cafe/ bars that are walkable to a nice drink/ snack.

Lovely well-equiped house with wonderful view

Pros: promenader i byns kvarter, centralt läge för utflykter på ön. Det bästa köket med full utrustning för självhushåll jag upplevt! De båda altanerna.. sol eller skugga..välj själv! Utsikten från balkonger över byn och kyrkan som blev upplyst när mörkret kom. Gott om handdukar/badlakan! Lugn gata med lite trafik då det inte är genomfartstrafik utan i princip de boende runt om och gatan är enkelriktad.
Cons: Finns inget säkerhetsskåp för att förvara värdesaker. Grannarnas hundar som skällde som galningar så fort du gick utanför huset. Saknades information (på engelska) om hur sophämtning fungerade. Vi klurade ut att det fungerade så här: Ställ ut lådan för sopor på garageuppfarten kvällen innan, sopbilen hämtade på morgonen efter, cirka kl 8-9. Komposten tömdes tisdagar och fredagar. Sopor övriga dagar, ej söndag. Glasflaskor/burkar/kartonger och större saker till exempel lämnas vid återvinningenplatser.
