Cantrell’s on Broadway #1

Location is great, lots of things to do within a 2 block radius. 25-30 min walk to Broadway bars. We’re minimalists when we pick where to stay, we basically only sleep and get ready. If you are like us, and don’t need anything fancy it’s a good spot.

Great location and a nice place to stay for a short weekend trip.

Great location! We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. Nice place! The only issue was there was no hot water to take a shower on the last day. There is parking but it’s really tight so the smaller the vehicle the better. It’s an easy Uber to downtown.

As far as location this place is great especially for the price. A quick uber ride or decent walk to just about everything. Even being so close to bars and attractions the place felt safe and easy to find. We were told where to park but not a designated spot so we got a note from someone about parking incorrectly, dirt lot in between buildings? The place itself could have used more care. It has some old charm which was reasonable. But no extra sheets, mattresses and pillows very old and dingy once I removed the sheets before checking out. No hand soap in the restroom. Fans looked way too dusty to turn on. Appliances old and dirty on tops of fridge etc. Although air conditioning worked great so that wasn’t such a huge issue. If you’re just looking for a place to crash with friends or a spouse and want to stay within a reasonable price range go for it. If you are looking to spending time relaxing , cooking or hanging there with people I wouldn’t recommend. The tv didn’t even turn on.
