We visited the end of April. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great location. Would stay here again if we have the opportunity. Owner was great to work with and answered any questions promptly.

The unit was wonderful! We arrived and realized we didn’t have sofa bed bedding, a quick call to management took care of that. They were friendly and got the supplies delivered to us quickly.Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The available sand toys and chairs were a nice bonus. The only downside to the property is having to make a trip to the pool area for a shower to clean off the beach sand. The unit beside us had a shower as soon as you left the beach, which woulld be nice but not a deal breaker. We loved the 8 days we were here and would definitely stay here again. Less than half a mile walk from Coligny Plaza was nice for shopping and dinner.

Under 5 minute walk to the beach and pool outside. Apartment was not clean when we came and very small. But great location and vacation overall.
