We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Good-property management was excellent, responded to AC issues within hours. Wonderful reception staff. Grounds at first site very nice but when you get back into the housing area appeared to be lots of permanent dwellers and landscape was not taken care of. Unit good location nice layout, kitchen well appointed. Bad-furniture was pretty broken down,dining room chair one leg almost off, sofas broken down, mattress downstairs sounded like plastic when you moved and carpets stained and sticky.
A good cleaning and furniture replacement and this unit could be wonderful. Club house and amenities very very nice. We have rented about ten times in this area, 3 have been a month stay and this one is in the bottom of our list. Sorry but would not repeat this unit.
Absolutely would rent with Global again, reliable efficient and overall good impression of staff and their services.
