A contemporary end-townhome located on the premium gated Paradise Palms Resort. The 5 bedroom property offers plenty of space to comfortably sleep 10 and boasts a south facing private pool. The spectacular resort amenities are just 2 mins walk, plus all of the popular restaurants, stores and attractions a short drive given the central location. Photos taken March 2025.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofa seating and a large screen to relax in the evening. The kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and features granite countertops / stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a family meal at the dining table.
The private outdoor area has a shaded covered area, also with patio table and chairs. The pool deck faces south, so receives the Florida sunshine throughout the day – perfect for spending a day splashing in the pool or relaxing on the loungers sipping a cool drink. Pool heating is available at an additional cost.
There are three kingsize bedrooms in the home! One located downstairs, the other two are upstairs – each luxuriously decorated. The other bedroom downstairs has two fullsize beds. There is a further bedroom upstairs with two twin beds that the children will love. Each room has its own TV, and new plank flooring has been installed throughout.
This townhome located at the end of the row is one of the closest in walking distance to resort amenities offering a large variety of high-class facilities exciting for those of all ages. The stunning clubhouse features a front desk concierge, fitness center, 50-seat cinema, arcade/games room and small store for essentials. Outdoors there is a 5000 sqft tropical oasis swimming pool with slides, waterfall and grotto plus kids play pool. Get active with sports courts, including tennis, basketball and beach volleyball.
