The home was good.

I didn’t like the property club house- each time I went to the pool I was asked to check in. I stood back 2 of the days and watch several people walk by and didn’t get stopped to check in.

I love the whole property from the house to the surrounds, the home had everything you need for a long stay, the kitchen had oven, air fryer, coffee machine, even the fridge was plumbed to make ice and have cold water. The temp of the house was great and it was beautiful. Spacious a the hosts were easy to deal with when asking questions. The pool was great and we really enjoyed our stay! We will be returning in the future. I even had some ducks to feed at the lake

Lovely accommodation for our family of 5. Very spacious house which allowed each person to have their own bedroom. The complex had a lovely pool, clubhouse and a gym which was equipped enough to allow us to work out each morning.

House was a little far from Universal parks and with the roadworks on the main interstate it meant that some journeys were taking an hour each way.

Rooms were nice and cleaned,house came with lien and dishes

AC was set at 72 but did not keep the house cool. The house was hot during the day and the AC ran all night long. There internet is weak and I was told there was nothing they could do about that. Pool was dirty.
