Beautiful townhouse in a perfect community!! The home was neat, clean and had tons of amenities. We had a party of 6 and everyone was amazed. The kids loved having their own rooms and our own pool!!!! The spacious kitchen and dining area were perfect for breakfast which helped save money. Fantastic & Spacious house to be in/at while visiting Disney. My kids (6 yr. old twins) loved the Disney themed rooms, the private pool as well as the club house movie theater and larger pool too. So convenient to head to the parks for the day with but also it was great come back to relax and swim, or rest. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy DISNEY and would stay here again. The Owners/their agent) were completely pleasurable to deal with. Stay here - you won't be disappointed. We are very happy with our unit #3085 beach palm. The unit is spotless and has everything we need in the kitchen. Also the whole property is nice and clean. We had a few issues with the TV and slow draining sink. They were taken care of in a timely manner. Richard M.
This is a beautiful, spacious and clean townhouse that my family and I enjoyed spending our week's vacation in. However, there were some issues. A couple of the smaller kitchen appliances were not working and a couple of the blinds of the sliding door leading to the patio would come off very easily. We also had some issues with the guest toilet, but with a quick phone call the company took care of this issue right away. Everything was as we expected. The house was clean and very nice. Our family enjoyed all the amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids room were perfect. The pull out couch in the living room was also great and comfortable. If i could say something not so great it would be that The bigger beds weren't comfortable other that great pillows. We surprised our kids with a Disney vacation for Spring Break 2022 and stayed at 3085 Paradise Palms. The kids loved their Disney themed rooms and the private pool in the back! The space was great and allowed everyone to be comfortable for the nights and the moments we were in the house. We had one issue with the cable and the management team worked late in the night to get it resolved which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay for my family! Marsha G.
The resort is beautiful! Our house is a great size, lovely setup, perfect little pool and we back onto the beautiful pond!!! Everything was great when we got here aside from a couple small things - we didn't have some of the amenities listed in the email but they quickly fixed that for us. Communication is amazing and very fast! The only thing our other house guests with us noticed is that the dishes and plant on the dining table were dusty. Our party of 11 loved our stay! The townhouse was perfect for our needs. House was clean, bed comfy, plenty of seating for eating. Plunge pool was small but grand kids loved it! Resort was really nice and had a great heated pool.

The property was clean, but disappointing. House needs updates, shaggy brown carpet throughout, small kitchen, not much space for hanging out with more than 6 people. Note was left that the central air had to be set at 73 or it would freeze. It was in the 80s the entire week and was warm in most of the rooms. The pool was very small, could not even put our floats in that we brought for vacation and no spa or hottub as part of the pool. This house does not sleep 12. More for a family of 6-8. My son ended up sleeping on a pull out couch. 2-3 complicated remotes that my teenage tech savvy son could not even work, for the tvs, only one tv could get any channels. No recycling which is not very good for the environment. The house is listed as multifamily, but there is only one designated parking spot in front of the house. My sister and her family had to park around the block. I initially booked through VRBO but this ended up being through iTrip Orlando. Will not stay here again.
