Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' apartment.
Entrance on the Paris road, through a small vestibule separating the hallway that leads to the kitchen and dining area. Living room with French doors opening onto the courtyard at the rear of the house. Toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), facing the courtyard, and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) (or a king-size bed (180 x 190cm)) facing the courtyard, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), facing the street, and a shower room with toilet. All windows are double-glazed and have shutters.
Internet access via router.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath, potty.
Parking 50 meters away.
Canoeing 1.5 km away in Gond-Pontouvre.
