Upon entering, a hallway leads to a large living area featuring a bright lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen. A large sliding glass door opens onto a balcony — ideal for enjoying sunny days.
The apartment includes three bedrooms:
A 17 m² children’s room, equipped with a bunk bed (two single beds) and a baby crib — ideal for little ones.
A master bedroom, located at the end of the hallway, offering a spacious and serene atmosphere.
A home office/guest room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. This flexible space is perfect for remote work or hosting visitors.
There are also two bathrooms:
The first one features a shower and sink.
The second one includes a bathtub, as well as a washer and dryer — ideal for longer stays.
