The 48 m² apartment features a living room with a well-equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Please note: the shower is compact and may feel tight for taller guests (over 183 cm). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed for 2. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and admiring the sea view.
Within a 5-minute walk, a partnered 4-star hotel offers bar, restaurant, pool with equipped beach, and gym services, all available for an extra fee. Nearby, you’ll find cafés, bars, and a supermarket just a 7-minute drive away (3.5 km). The sea is 200 m away, and Marinella Beach is 5 minutes by car (1.5 km). Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nice Apartment in Golfo Marinella, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, Sergio’s exceptional hospitality made me feel right at home.
The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The large terrace was a highlight, offering unforgettable sunrises and magical lunches under an olive tree with fantastic sea views.
Everything needed for a perfect holiday is nearby. The beautiful beach is a short walk away, and the center of Porto Rotondo, with its vibrant cocktail bars, is easily accessible. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, offering a variety of delicious options.
The combination of stunning views, superb amenities, and Sergio's outstanding hospitality made this stay one of the best I’ve ever had. I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Golfo Marinella! Five stars!
