About this apartment rental

This charming renovated studio unit features upgrades like new luxury vinyl plank flooring, refreshed cabinetry, a new countertop and range in the kitchen, and a completely renovated bathroom. With comfortable furnishings and full-size appliances, you'll feel right at home whether you're here for a vacation or an extended stay. Located in a prime area, you'll find yourself close to popular attractions like the iconic Waikiki Beach, the bustling Ala Moana Center, and a variety of dining options that showcase the best of Hawaiian cuisine. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach or explore the local culture, this studio is the perfect base for your adventures.

***Construction Notice: Exterior painting work is currently scheduled from 6/22 - 7/17/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. The building is currently working on the garage spall repairs. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities. Clean as advertised. Only item that could have been better was the air conditioner was underpowered for the space.

The overall condition of the condo was not great. The walls and floors have not been scrubbed in quite some time. some of the paint was peeling from the walls and doors. All of the appliances are dated. The unit was equipped with everything I needed. If I had been there for any other reason than a place to sleep while I was working in Honolulu, I would not have stayed there.
