Although Ilikai Marina does not have a pool, Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon are just a short stroll away. Restaurants including Chart House Waikiki, Harbor Pub & Pizza, Red Lobster, and San Paolo Pizza & Wine are located on-site, while an ABC Store and McDonald's are across the street. Easy communication and check in. I added a second person that arrived before me and it was flawless. Fyi- laundry is not coin - need app. Thecplace was clean and comfortable. There was not a book to explain remotes etc but the phone for contact worked and things were explained. Recycles are on floor not floor 8 as on sheet on door. Ca few things could of made visit a little easier but place was perfect

Best part is the location, close to all interesting activities. 10min walk to the Hilton Waikiki village and Kahanamoku beach, 15min walk to Ala Moana mall (the whole family loved the food court there). Whale watching tour start right on the block. Harbor Pub downstairs is great for breakfast and Chart House is a nice place for dinner. The room and furniture is a little dated, but it is clean, just like what you'd expect if staying in a friend's or relative's home. The checkin is smooth and the host is very accommodating when we asked to get in earlier since our flight arrived early. There are plenty of towels for our family to use and 2 beach chairs are great to have. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Property manager was excellent. Had an issue with the AC and he was there in 10 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Late checkout request was accommodated. Communication was great.
Sunset views were amazing and location was great. Unit was stocked with all required amenities.
Unfortunately this unit was old and tired. Not as it was portrayed in the pictures. Many things needed repair or replacement. Shower curtain had mold on it. Toilet paper holder was broken. Ceiling was peeling off and looked moldy. Local phone did not work. No in unit safe. Some roaches were found in the kitchen. Thankfully, there was roach spray under the sink:)
Nothing that required us to spend time attempting to have fixed, but for the price point we expected better.
Overall an acceptable unit, just needs some TLC.
