With central A/C, a King bed, a small marina-front lanai, and an easy walk to Duke Kahanamoku Beach, dining, shopping, and Ala Moana Center, it’s a well-equipped home base for a relaxed Waikiki stay.
Although Ilikai Marina does not have a pool, Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon are just a short stroll away. Restaurants including Chart House Waikiki, Harbor Pub & Pizza, Red Lobster, and San Paolo Pizza & Wine are located on-site, while an ABC Store and McDonald's are across the street. Discovery Bay Shopping Center, Waikiki Beach Walk, and Ala Moana Center are also within walking distance.

Be prepared the building is on the Marina and the water. Due to that it has some wear and tear. The hallways are not air conditioned and the marina has a ton of trash. Those are all things the property can not control. If you like a firm bed this rental is for you. If you prefer a soft mattress proceed with caution. The king bed was very firm, but clean and spacious. The lay out was effective for our family of 3. Sofa bed was good for our teenager. If you are easy going and chill and know you are getting a beach side rental you will be please. It is in the middle of everything Waikiki with easy walks to the shops and beaches. If you are someone who stays at high end resorts and is expecting ritz Carlton level rooms and amenities look elsewhere. We had an amazing stay and loved being close to Pearl Harbor, Diamond head, and Koko crater. All amazing. Would absolutely stay here again if coming back to the area.

The condo is very clean and the view is amazing. It's only a 5 mins walk to the beach and a 10 mins walk to Ala Moana which is very convenient. And you are able to do a 15 mins walk to main Waikīkī. The host was communicated and told me how to get into the condo. And parking was a little confusing but it's okay there are parking people to help out. The only issue is the kind bed it's pretty uncomfortable I had to switch to the queen sofa bed for a better night sleep. I would recommend getting a mattress topper for the king bed. Overall I would stay here again.

The parking wasn’t easy to figure out and the cost was too high. If you pay for the condo you would think parking would be cheaper or free.The washers are in need of repair. The clothes came out dripping wet.
