Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

The condo was very nice and I really liked the view of the marina. It was a great layout for me to be working out here for the week. I will definitely be back!

The host was very responsive to my questions; usually responding within a day. The kitchen was well stocked with little gadgets if we wanted to cook and the couch turned into a bed which was great for end of day unwinding. Overall a fantastic, central location which is why I always come back to this location.Things out of the owners control but still colored our experience: The lanai was unavailable due to outside construction The fourth floor is super close to the very loud bar on the ground level The AC intake was so loud I purchased ear plugs in order to sleep

I was there for work and an extended stay. The unit provided more room, just as comfortable, less expensive by a good amount, and a better location for dinning and activities than a hotel.

The size was perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The location is nice. The property has adequate utensils for use and cooking if need beThe lanai is small (you can’t stretch your legs, perfect for standing) but the location is nice. The property is old and comparatively cleanThe TV is old /not a smart tv. Impossible to use. At this price the tv could have been better. The bed and mattress are at breaking point. The mattress is uneven and uncomfortable. The bed makes a noise that will wake you up. Over all apart from bed and tv everything was good I may not choose it again because of the bed and tv, if it doesn’t bother you the property is otherwise great.
