We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

This place is perfectly situated at the beginning of Waikiki. Beautiful beaches and Friday night Fireworks every Friday at 8PM. My stay was wonderful but there are a few things that could be improved on. The area on the refrigerator where Ice and water are dispensed is very moldy and the grate below the refrigerator needs a severe cleaning to help it run more efficiently. The tub/shower area had a white powdery film on it. The corner behind the door in the bathroom has either built-up dirt or mold. The floor in all rooms was covered in a lot of sand. I vacuumed and thrn scrubbed the floors. There were no solutions to keep the place clean so I bought Scrubbing Bubbles and Pine Sol to clean as much as I could when I 1st got there. I also washed out all the drawers and empty shelves as there were ling black hairs all over. (I am very gray/blonde). Dusting hadn't been done in a while and all door jams and doors are sticky like someone fried some in the unit. The light is out in the kitchen but I couldn't get unscrew the glass globe to be able to replace the light bulb(s). I did take a few pictures of somethings.

The condo was very nice and I really liked the view of the marina. It was a great layout for me to be working out here for the week. I will definitely be back!

The size was perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The location is nice. The property has adequate utensils for use and cooking if need beThe lanai is small (you can’t stretch your legs, perfect for standing) but the location is nice. The property is old and comparatively cleanThe TV is old /not a smart tv. Impossible to use. At this price the tv could have been better. The bed and mattress are at breaking point. The mattress is uneven and uncomfortable. The bed makes a noise that will wake you up. Over all apart from bed and tv everything was good I may not choose it again because of the bed and tv, if it doesn’t bother you the property is otherwise great.
