Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Our stay was nice this unit was perfect for our family. They had so many boogie boards and things you need for the beach. Will definitely be booking again.

The VRBO photos show that the property is fully remodel, The kitchen counter have been updated, the kitchen cabinets have a new face ( cheap job), nice floors through out the condo, the bedroom have a new bed, new night stands, but a small old TV on a OLD dresser There is a small dressing room between the bathroom and the bedroom which needs to be remodel. The bathroom is old and needs to be updated. The bathroom fan is broken, the bathroom door once closed is hard to open from the inside, you need two hands to pull hard on the door to open it. The bathroom door needs to be changed and the frame needs to be shave back Even though the complex is sprayed once a month, the interior of this condo needs to be sprayed. when you open the lights at night, you can see cockroaches running for cover, these are not the typical large tropical cockroaches you see running around, these are the small brown cockroaches associated with cleanliness. I had to go out and but cockroach spray and traps. Upon checking in, there was no luggage rack to place your luggage on to unpack. There was a closet with NO hangers, I had to go out and buy hangers for the closet. This place is good for a college student that is on a budget.
