Fuencarral Center - Apartment in downtown Madrid:
This lovely apartment is located on Calle Fuencarral, right in the heart of Madrid. It's ideal for a medium or long-term stay and can accommodate up to 4 people: it features one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including a dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine, fridge, ceramic cooktop, and oven. There's also a TV in this area, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, and towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and interior-facing windows that offer natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. It's your new home in Madrid, designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease.
GETTING AROUND
You have everything you need within walking distance, plus excellent public transport options. The Gran Vía metro station (just 2 minutes away on foot) serves two different lines (1 and 5), making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Tribunal station (a 7-minute walk) also connects to lines 10 and 1. Bus stops are practically located on every block of Gran Vía, and taxis are readily available at any time—thanks to the central location, getting around the city is easy 24/7.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

My BFF and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment on Calle Fuencarral. The location is truly unbeatable – you are right in the middle of one of Madrid's best areas for shopping and entertainment. It was incredible to step out the door and have endless options for boutiques and restaurants right at our fingertips.Beyond the perfect location, the apartment itself was a delight. It was comfortable and airy, providing a much-needed, relaxing space to return to after a busy day of exploring the city. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and perfectly situated base to experience Madrid!
