The apartment:
This one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect balance between comfort and style. It features an independent bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, ideal for providing greater capacity and comfort. The open-plan kitchen integrates harmoniously into the living area, creating a spacious and functional space.
The bathroom has modern shower trays and a minimalist, carefully designed aesthetic. The contemporary décor, inspired by natural materials and soft colours, brings warmth and personality to each room.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet access on your phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
