About this apartment rental
An exceptional 2-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. 100 TV channels, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fantastic balcony with a barbecue.
Located in the center of Lagoa, next to the library and the church, in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is located about 500 meters from a wide variety of supermarkets, such as Jumbo, Aldi, and Pingo Doce. It is within easy reach (5 km) of the municipality’s main beaches, such as Praia de Carvoeiro, Praia da Marinha, and Praia Vale Centianes.
Other attractive destinations, such as the charming fishing village of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo with its narrow cobblestone streets, are just a 5-minute drive away.
The apartment is also located about 2 km from the largest and best water park in the Algarve, called SLIDE & SPLASH, and 1.5 km from the Gramacho and Vale da Pinta golf courses.
I’ll be your point of contact 24 hours a day in case anything happens or if you need additional assistance. I’ll hand over the keys to you, after which I’ll be available via my cell phone.

There is a beautiful garden in front of the apartment building, and the church is located right across from it.
The apartment is certified by Turismo de Portugal under license number 2624/AL and includes:
- A fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances (refrigerator/freezer, water heater, washing machine, microwave, electric stove, oven, range hood, toaster, blender) and all necessary cookware
- Living room/dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV, cable TV (100 channels, including French, Spanish, and English channels), and a radio
- Two double bedrooms with built-in closets leading to the balconies
- Large balcony
- 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower
- Barbecue on the upper balcony
- Private parking for 2 cars in the garage

The place was very clean, it was well supplied with all the necessary kitchen utensils etc. Only problem was the tub stop did not work and one of the patio doors did not lock and we were unable to use the rooftop patio as the keys we had didnt work. Lovely place to stay in the beautiful town of Lagoa

Very nice property. I would recommend. The only “complaint” is the communication with the host; it was slow and a couple of things were not acknowledged. The pictures of the property are also a little bit deceiving when it comes to the rooftop terrace and its access.

The property looked exactly like the photos. Very spacious and airy, with loads of natural light.The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was working which was great.
