This beautifully furnished townhouse is just minutes from Sunday River ski and golf resort. The main floor of this bi-level unit features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area with a 1/2 bath and large entry mudroom that's great for storing your gear. The second floor features a spacious master bedroom and two additional bedrooms a full bathroom.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
The ongoing construction of the next phase of this condominium development may lead to noise and increased vehicle activity in the vicinity of the property.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Everything was perfect!

Place was perfect for two families with 4 kids. It was clean and well appointed. Location was great. It was less than a 5 minute drive to both the White Cap and Barker lifts as well as restaurants like Matterhorn Ski Bar and Mountain Social. The only callout is for those with sensitive backs - the mattresses are memory foam. Would definitely rent the place again on another visit to Sunday River
