About this house rental
Conveniently located just 6 minutes from world-class skiing and golf at Sunday River Resort and 7 minutes to picturesque New England village of Bethel, this sunny open concept 4-bedroom chalet is the perfect spot for your escape to Sunday River and the mountains of Maine. The private outdoor space features a recessed hot tub and a large sunny wrap-a-round deck. You'll find everything needed to cook and entertain in the modern kitchen that opens up to a comfortable living / dining area with cathedral ceilings. The living area features oversized windows allowing you to to take in the scenic views centered around a convenient and cozy gas fireplace. Rounding out the first floor are two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The second floor features a large private primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom in addition to a loft overlooking the greatroom. The newly renovated lower level provides an living area, with space for gear storage, as well as an additional en suite bedroom. This family friendly home offers many amenities for young children including a pack-and-play, high chair and more!
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

The cottage was accurately depicted. It had a nice ski vibe to it. We loved all the wood. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, towels, etc. We didn't have to run out and buy any extras which was nice. Comfortable rooms. The main couch should be replaced is the only 'not perfect' review.

The property was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group of three couples. The trees around the property were beautiful! We would stay here again.

This house was clean, had plenty of amenities, a great location. We loved having the hot tub, cooked many family meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and a family movie night in the living room!
