This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch offers the perfect retreat for ski season! Located just a short drive from Sunday River, the home features a welcoming farmer's porch and a spacious back deck to enjoy the mountain air.
Inside, you'll find an open-concept kitchen and living area. The primary bedroom includes a full ensuite bath for added convenience.
Plenty of room for friends and family to relax and recharge, all while being close to world-class skiing and the amenities of Bethel.
Please note the woodstove is not available for guest use.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc. are not provided. Washer and dryer are not available.

Basement game room made everyone's evening. After a day a skiing it was great to have fun without having to go out. Also a lot of board games upstairs as well. I didn't realize there wasn't a broadcast TV package at the house, so we weren't prepared with our online streaming accounts and passwords, but with all the fun in the basement, it wasnt really needed.
