- The yard is not fully fenced, but Palmer Park is a fantastic place to take your dog for exercise.
- Starter supply provided: Includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels.
- No mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
- Winter Travel Advisory: Snowfall can make roads icy. We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for safer travel in winter months.

Accommodating host. Nice clean place, kitchen with nice pans, keurig and regular coffee pot options. Appreciate the extra blankets. Not a huge fan of the firm foam mattresses. Low water pressure issues but host was responsive and apologetic

Property beautiful and light interior as shown on the site. Loved the outdoor seating areas which allowed some privacy while also views of the park and the variety of people seeking to explore the trails. The views of mountains. Beautiful. The interior was decorated so comfy- awesome shower! Kitchen stocked w most essentials. We loved our stay and definitely would stay again while visiting COS.

This home was perfect for our one month getaway with our dog. The size was great and the home was very well appointed with everything we needed and more. The host was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The location was perfect and central to all of Colorado Springs with amazing hikes and views just steps from the front door. We definitely would choose this home again for future stays.

Host left a little note, but even though host lived in attached house we had no interaction.There was a significant snow storm….still no communication from host nor from rental management company. Drive was never plowed nor walks shoveled…..we had no shovel.
